"Looked nice at first, but didn’t last"
It looked really nice when I first got it, but after a few months it started sagging and just didn’t hold up as well as I expected.

"Setup was kind of a headache"
I mean, the seats look decent once they’re finally put together, but the assembly was a bit frustrating. Some of the holes didn’t really line up the way they should, and the instructions were bare-bones. It took two of us way longer than we expected. For the price, I guess I just thought the setup would be a little smoother.

"Reclines just how I wanted"
The buttons work great, and the reclining is really smooth. It’s comfy too, just what I was hoping for.

The seats themselves are totally fine, no real complaints there. The frustrating part was dealing with customer service. It took way too long to get a reply, and I had to follow up twice just to get a basic update. What made it more confusing was that one email seemed to say one thing, then another email said something different, so I wasn’t really sure what was going on. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely annoying

I ordered seats from valenciatheaterseating.com and was expecting a bit more for the money. The leather looks decent, so at least they nailed the “looks nice from across the room” part. But the frame feels flimsy, and one of the armrests started wobbling after just a few weeks, which is always a fun little surprise. The recliner still works for now, but I wouldn’t exactly bet on it lasting forever. For the price, I’m definitely disappointed.

"Nice seats, but I expected a bit more"
The seats look really nice in my room and they feel sturdy so far. They’re comfortable too, which is the main thing I cared about. Delivery was okay, but I was expecting a faster response and a quicker overall process.

For the price, I just thought the experience would feel a little more polished. The setup could’ve been smoother and the instructions could’ve been clearer. I’m not unhappy with them, but I’m still not totally sure they were the best value.

"As someone who likes my space..."
As someone who likes my space to feel a little more modern and put-together, this just wasn’t for me. The design looks kind of cheap in person and feels outdated overall

"Nice leather, feels well made"
I got these seats a few weeks ago, and I’ve been happy with them. The leather feels soft, but it still has enough thickness to feel durable, so it doesn’t come off as cheap. The stitching is clean too, which makes the whole thing look more finished. There was a light leather smell at first, but after a few days it faded away. Overall, I’m happy with the quality.

"Okay, but not great for sitting a while"
I’ve used it for a bit now, and it’s fine overall, but I’m sure the back support just doesn’t feel quite right. It’s not terrible, just not something I’d want to sit in for too long.
